We provide professional Russian-English interpreters with industry-specific experience in legal, financial, healthcare, technical, and immigration fields. Having been in the Russian interpreting business for more than a decade gives us a significant advantage over other language companies. Our interpreters are located all over the United States, but mainly in cities with large Russian-speaking populations, such as New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Chicago, Boston, Miami, Washington DC, and Seattle. You should know that hiring an experienced interpreter can make a big difference in your life or business. Our interpreters are native Russian speakers and are able to immerse themselves in the topic of conversation, making instant, accurate, and relevant interpretations that ensure nothing is lost in translation. Our working language pairs are Russian to English and English to Russian.
We are breaking the language barrier either consecutively or simultaneously – it's your choice! From the moment you need us, we're here to ensure your critical communication is facilitated and interpreted by someone who is able to communicate effectively across cultures. You will make the most of business trips and business meetings, conferences, seminars, depositions, attorney consultations, immigration interviews, and other important conversations and events.
We provide high-quality, clear, and complete interpretation services quickly to give you peace of mind!

We are philanthropic at heart and we love helping people in need of interpreting. We will not omit, add, condense, or change anything - that's a promise. With us you will never miss a word, a thought or an idea!
Our more than decade-long experience in conference and legal settings has resulted in providing accurate and professional interpretation solutions in an efficient and affordable manner. Language has been our passion since we created our first website in 2007. We established ourselves in the Russian language business by interacting with our customers in a way that creates the best customer experience and provides access to quality interpretation services. We still adhere to these principles.
We don't cut corners or look for the quickest routes - we work hard! Our interpreters work faithfully and always convey the thought, intent, and spirit of the speaker. To ensure the highest quality interpretation, our interpreters receive interpreter-specific trainings.
We are a team of highly credentialed interpreters. We employ only the most skillful and knowledgeable interpreters who maintain confidentiality, ethical attitude, and professional demeanor - at all times. We are the best in the Russian translation industry.
We're a humanly human translation company and our philosophy is based on the belief that every person deserves access to a superb and the best value for money interpreting service. Depending on the assignment, we charge on a per-day or per-hour basis.
All information acquired by the interpreter during the assignment will be treated as confidential. Our interpreters exhibit professionalism and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Consecutive interpreting is the most common form of interpretation and is a way of communication whereby the speaker makes a series of sentences and pauses for the interpreter to convert the language into the other language. The speaker then waits for the interpreter to finish their interpretation before continuing. This method of interpretation is highly effective as it gives the interpreter more time to consider the intent of the speaker and to choose the most appropriate words and phrases to accurately convey the true meaning of the original communication.
Simultaneous interpreting involves an interpreter who is both listening to communication in the source language and translating to a second language as quickly and accurately as possible. This is done while maintaining a high rate of accuracy and speed, as any delay could result in the interpreter falling behind and not being able to catch up to the speaker. While this is the fastest form of interpreting, simultaneous interpreting does not leave the interpreter much time to take the source language and determine the best words to convey the intent of the speaker's message.
Interpreters provide the meaning orally, whereas translators put the meaning on paper. Both terms are often used interchangeably.
Many factors come into play here, but it is always best to order interpretation service as far in advance as possible. However, a rule of thumb is to send a request at least one week prior to the start of the assignment.
Some of our interpreters have an ATA certification. To become certified by the American Translators Association, one must become a member of the organization and pass an interpretation exam. These certified interpreters usually charge more than their non-certified counterparts. It is only on rare occasions when a customer needs a certified interpreter.
We have been providing interpretation services for immigration interviews in almost all US cities for many years. Our interpreters specialize in Green Card and Asylum interviews. Green Card interviews are relatively straightforward, while interpreting asylum interviews can be more challenging, depending on the topic of the interview.
Usually, we have a minimum of three hours per day or event.
In order to reserve an interpreter, you must make a prepayment using a credit card, debit card, PayPal, or Zelle.
We require 100% reimbursement if you cancel within 24 hours of the start of the event, 50% if you cancel within 3 days of the start of the event, and 25% if you cancel within a week of the start of the event.
We will be able to make a 3-way call so that you can "meet" your interpreter before the actual assignment.
We LOVE what we do - and our customers appreciate how we do it. Take a look at what they say about our services and see for yourself why we are the first choice when it comes to language service in the United States.
First off, I want to thank you for your flexibility last month. Your interpreter was just BRILLIANT! Her being there last month turned the conversation around. Now that they see a professional do this, they are all on board. In fact, the only time we lost control of the meeting was when our former president's wife decided to translate something into Russian herself. The whole group started talking amongst themselves. Then your interpreter stood up and re-translated it herself and the crowd fell silent. We had many compliments from our Russian residents!
So clearly we are sold on your services!
